Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico only. We do not currently ship outside the United States or its territories due to complex distribution, import, and regulatory requirements along with prohibitively high international shipping costs and delivery times.

We do not support international package forwarding services. If an order is placed through a forwarding address and we are unable to fulfill or ship it, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Puerto Rico: Shipping to Puerto Rico is supported. Rates and delivery times may vary from continental U.S. estimates and will always be shown at checkout.

Shipping Costs

We charge based on the total value of your order. We do not offer expedited or guaranteed delivery date shipping at this time.

* Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on warehouse location, carrier, weather, holidays, and other unavoidable delays.

Partner/Brand-Direct Items: Some items ship directly from our partner brands and may have shipping costs and delivery timelines that differ from our standard rates above. Applicable rates will always be shown during checkout. See the Partner & Brand-Direct Shipments section below for more details.

Order Processing Times

Most items are in stock and will be handed off to the shipping carrier within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Processing schedule:

• Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM PT: typically processed the same business day
• Orders placed Monday–Friday after 12:00 PM PT: typically processed the following business day
• Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM PT, Saturday, Sunday, or on a federal holiday: processing begins the next business day

Additional processing time may apply during high-volume periods, promotions, or holiday seasons. We’ll do our best to keep you informed of any meaningful delays.

Delivery & Transit Times

We utilize multiple warehouses across the country and do our best to ship from the closest warehouse to your delivery address to provide the quickest delivery option possible.

Most items arrive within 5–8 business days of shipment, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delivery times vary depending on:

• Your delivery address and distance from our fulfillment warehouse
• The shipping carrier assigned to your order
• Weather events, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control
• Holiday periods and high-volume shipping seasons

We strongly recommend shipping to an address with a secure package location if you will not be available at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification and/or text message with tracking information based on your preferences selected at checkout. You may also track your order using the free Shopify Shop App, available from the App Store and Google Play.

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments at different times if items are being fulfilled from different warehouse locations. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Shipping Delays

Your Rights: If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated in this policy, we will notify you as quickly as possible. You will always have the right to consent to any delay or cancel your order for a full refund.

In the event of an unexpected shipping delay, here’s what we will do:

• Notify you promptly via the email address associated with your order
• Provide you with a revised estimated ship date (or notify you if we cannot yet determine one)
• Give you the clear option to either (a) consent to the delay and keep your order open, or (b) cancel your order and receive a full refund

If we cannot ship within the originally stated timeframe and you do not respond to our delay notification, we will follow applicable FTC Mail Order Rule requirements (16 CFR Part 435). For delays of up to 30 days, your silence may be treated as consent to the delay. For longer or indefinite delays, we will require your explicit consent before holding the order open. If you do not provide consent, we will automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund.

To cancel an order due to a delay, email us at hi@shoprolik.com with your order number.

Incorrect or Updated Shipping Address

Important: We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered shipping address. Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please email hi@shoprolik.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. We will do our best to update your address before the order leaves our warehouse, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated once processing has begun.

Reshipment costs resulting from a customer-entered address error are the customer’s responsibility. If reshipment is required due to a confirmed carrier error, Rolik^® will cover the reshipment cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please take the following steps:

• Check around your delivery location, with neighbors, and with building management if applicable
• Wait 48 hours — carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered slightly early
• Check your tracking link for any delivery notes or alternative drop-off locations

If your package still cannot be located after 48 hours, please contact us at hi@shoprolik.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order number and tracking number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine next steps.

Lost in Transit

If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery window and tracking has not updated within 5 business days, please contact us at hi@shoprolik.com with your order number. We will initiate a carrier investigation on your behalf.

Resolution for lost packages (e.g., replacement shipment or refund) will be offered once a carrier investigation has been completed or a reasonable investigation period has elapsed.

Stolen Packages

Rolik^® is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered and subsequently stolen. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location or using an address where someone will be available to receive the package. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a police report and contacting the carrier directly.

Partner & Brand-Direct Shipments

Some products on our Site ship directly from the brand or manufacturing partner rather than from our own warehouses.

For brand-direct items:

• Processing and delivery times may be longer than our standard estimates
• Shipping costs may differ from our standard rates and will always be shown at checkout
• Tracking information will be provided when available from the partner
• Custom or made-to-order items may have additional lead times noted on the product page

If you have questions about a brand-direct order or haven’t received tracking after the stated processing window, please contact us at hi@shoprolik.com and we will coordinate with the partner on your behalf.

Carbon-Neutral Shipping

🌿  All domestic shipments include carbon offset at no additional cost to you. Rolik^® participates in a carbon offset program covering the estimated emissions footprint of each order shipped. Policy Amendments

Rolik^® reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this page. Amendments take effect upon posting. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

No Satisfaction Returns

Due to the discreet, sensitive, and hygienic nature of the products we sell, we do not accept satisfaction returns — including buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, price variation, or usage misunderstanding — of any kind. No refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued for satisfaction returns even if the product packaging is unopened.

Optional Order Protection (Seel)

For select products, you may purchase optional order protection through Seel, an independent third-party service, at checkout. Seel allows items to be returned directly to them within 7 days of delivery. Rolik^® is not responsible for Seel’s claims decisions. Item(s) Not Available

If an item you order is not available for any reason, our team will contact you. Options may include:

• Offering the same item in a different color or style
• Submitting your order as a backorder and shipping it once restocked
• Providing a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase

Refunds for unavailable items will be processed within 5–7 business days of our decision and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Defective or Non-Functioning Items

We will accept defective items for replacement, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.

If you believe an item in your order is defective, please email hi@shoprolik.com immediately upon noticing the potential defect. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos or videos that may help us assess the claim.

Eligibility Requirements

• Keep all original product packaging
• Cease use of the item immediately upon noticing the defect
• Do not attempt to repair the item

Attempts to repair the item, or damage caused by misuse, may void our obligation to accept the claim.

After 30 Days

Product issues reported after 30 days of delivery fall under the manufacturer’s product warranty.

Email us at hi@shoprolik.com and we will provide you with the manufacturer’s warranty contact information.

Resolution & Refund Processing

Approved claims will be processed within 5–7 business days of our team’s review. Replacements and exchanges ship as soon as available. Store credit is issued immediately upon approval.

Return shipping for approved defective item claims: Rolik^® will provide a prepaid return label for approved defective item claims requiring a physical return.

Shipping Damage or Item Not as Ordered

We will accept items that arrived damaged in transit or that were not as ordered for replacement, exchange, or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.

If you notice shipping damage or any order discrepancy, please email hi@shoprolik.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the damage or discrepancy.

Eligibility Requirements

• Keep all original product packaging
• Keep the original shipping box, envelope, or mailer delivered by the carrier (required for shipping damage claims)
• Do not use the item
• Do not attempt to repair the item

Resolution & Refund Processing

Approved claims will be processed within 5–7 business days of our team’s review. Rolik^® will provide a prepaid return label for approved claims requiring a physical return. Replacements, exchanges, and store credit are issued as described above.

Orders Returned to Warehouse

Important: If your order is returned to our warehouse due to a failed delivery that is not caused by a carrier error, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the order refund once the package has been returned to our warehouse.

Our team will attempt to contact you if there is any issue with the carrier’s ability to deliver your order or if any action is required on your end. Carrier-caused delivery failures are not subject to the restocking fee.

Right to Refuse Returns

Rolik^® and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse a return or refund for any reason, except as may be otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
