All products can ship to customer addresses within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico.
We do not support international package forwarding services for international customers.

Due to very complex distribution, import and obscenity regulations along with extremely high shipping costs with long delivery times, we are not currently shipping any products we sell outside the United States and its territories. Should you place an order with us and we are unable to fulfill your order, we'll let you know and refund your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Address/Request to Update Shipping Address
We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses.
Carefully review the shipping address entered before completing your order.
Please email hi@shoprolik.com as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to update your shipping address.
We may be able to accommodate the change if the order has not left our warehouse but we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.
Any reshipments costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs
We charge based on the total value of your order and how quickly you'd like to receive it.
For orders up to $38.99:
Economy (allow 5-8 business days for delivery) - $4.99
Standard (allow 3-5 business days for delivery) - $6.99
For orders $39+:
Economy (allow 5-8 business days for delivery) - Free
Standard (allow 3-5 business days for delivery) - $4.99
PLEASE NOTE:
We strongly recommend shipping to an address with a secure package location if you will not be available at time of delivery. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary depending on weather, holidays and other unavoidable delays.
All deliveries are carbon neutral at no additional cost to you.
Order Tracking + Transit Times
An email notification and/or text message with tracking information will be sent to you when your order has shipped based on your selection(s) at checkout.
You may also track your order using Shopify's free Shop App available from the App Store and Google Play.
We utilize multiple warehouses across the country and do our best to ship from the closest warehouse to provide the quickest delivery option possible.
Most items are in stock and are handed off to the shipping carrier within 1-2 business days after placing your order (holidays and weekends may have additional processing time.)
Delivery times vary from carrier to carrier with most items arriving within 5-8 business days.
Custom items from BDSM Architecture + others may have longer processing times in addition to delivery. We'll keep you updated on timeline for custom orders.
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments and at different times.
We will provide you with a tracking number for each shipment.
