This website, www.shoprolik.com, is operated by ROMPT, LLC dba ROLIK®, an online retailer of adult novelty items, sexual wellness products, and related accessories. ROLIK® is a pure retailer — it does not produce, direct, manage, hire performers for, or otherwise arrange for the participation of performers in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as those terms are defined under 18 U.S.C. §2256 and 18 U.S.C. §2257A.

ROLIK®’s activity with respect to any visual content displayed on this website does not involve hiring, contracting for, managing, or otherwise arranging for the participation of the performers depicted. Accordingly, ROLIK® qualifies as an exempt party under 18 U.S.C. §2257(h)(3), which excludes from the statute’s recordkeeping requirements those whose activities consist solely of distribution or retail and who do not hire, contract for, manage, or otherwise arrange for performer participation.

ROLIK® does not maintain age verification records for performers depicted in third-party content, as the recordkeeping obligation under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A rests with the respective primary and secondary producers of that content.

This website may display visual content, including product photography, lifestyle imagery, and brand-provided marketing materials, that is supplied by third-party manufacturers, brands, and content providers (“third-party content”). ROLIK® does not produce this content.

With respect to any such third-party content that may constitute or include a visual depiction subject to 18 U.S.C. §2257 or §2257A, ROLIK® relies on the representations of those third parties that:

•     All models, performers, or individuals depicted were 18 years of age or older at the time the visual content was created

•     All applicable recordkeeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. §2257, 18 U.S.C. §2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained by the respective content producers

•     All required compliance statements are affixed to or associated with the originating depictions as required by law

ROLIK® requires its third-party content suppliers to warrant compliance with 18 U.S.C. §2257, §2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 as a condition of providing content for display on this website. ROLIK® will promptly remove any third-party content upon becoming aware of any compliance deficiency or upon request by the applicable regulatory authority.

Consistent with 28 C.F.R. §75.8 and the requirements for online publications, this compliance statement is accessible from all pages on www.shoprolik.com that display third-party content subject to 18 U.S.C. §2257 or §2257A, via a clearly marked “18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement” hyperlink. This page constitutes that compliance statement for purposes of the online placement requirement.
